This week's special is our Strawberry Lemon Shortbread Cake with Strawberry Lemon Glaze. Made with fresh eggs and local strawberries, this sweet treat is bursting with some of our favorite flavors of summer! If you're trying to picture what to expect when you take a bite of this deliciousness, think of the buttery crumble of a shortbread cookie, crossed with a perfectly moist cake, filled with freshly chopped strawberries, and drizzled with a sweet glaze of strawberry puree and lemon. While I tried to capture the full essence of this cake, I can't do it justice, you just need to try it for yourself!
